March Madness is around the corner, the odds for the women's tournament are shifting and a new team has moved into the top spot on the board.
For most of the season, the South Carolina Gamecocks have been the lone favorites. Now, UConn and South Carolina are tied at +300 with the shortest odds to win it all.
Over the last week, the Huskies shortened from +370, while the Gamecocks lengthened from +225.
Let's take a look at the NCAA tournament betting board at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Feb. 24.

UConn: +300 (bet $10 to win $40 total)
South Carolina: +300 (bet $10 to win $40 total)
UCLA: +450 (bet $10 to win $55 total)
Notre Dame: +500 (bet $10 to win $60 total)
Texas: +650 (bet $10 to win $75 total)
USC: +700 (bet $110 to win $80 total)
Last year, the South Carolina Gamecocks won it all during the 2024 NCAA women's March Madness.
The Gamecocks also took the national title in 2022, lost in the Final Four in 2023 and then captured the title again last season. But in each of those seasons, they won at least their first 12 games.
In their sixth game of this season, they fell 77-62 at UCLA.
Then, on Feb. 9, South Carolina suffered its second loss of the year, falling 66-62 at Texas. On Feb. 16, the Gamecocks dropped their third game in a shocking 87-58 loss to UConn.
Currently, they're No. 6 in the rankings, behind No. 1 Notre Dame, No. 2 Texas, No. 3 UCLA, No. 4 USC and No. 5 UConn.
Third on the board is UCLA.
The Bruins' title odds moved to +450 from +475 over the last week. They are 26-1 and have ranked wins over Louisville, South Carolina, Michigan, Baylor, Maryland, Ohio State, Michigan State and Illinois.
The one blemish on the Bruins' record is a 71-60 loss to USC on Feb. 13. Their 75-69 win over the Spartans on Feb. 16 came down to the wire.
Other notable moves include USC lengthening to +700 from +650 and Texas moving up to +650 from +750.
